Mr.Shiladitya Basu, the company director, is a civil engineer who has contributed significantly for the last 30 years in the relevant field of application comprising all categories of modern construction chemicals. He has presented several papers on the subject in national and international seminars in India and abroad. A life member of the Indian Concrete Institute, International Centre for Fibre Reinforced Concrete Composites, and Federation of Small and Medium Industries West Bengal, Mr. Shiladitya Basu has served as an applicator of CICO Engineering Services, Fosroc Chemicals India Pvt. Ltd., Pidilite Industries Limited, and Hindcon Chemicals Limited.

He is privileged to have Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Andaman Public Works Department (APWD), Andaman Harbour Works (AHW), Nation Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), Border Security Force (BSF), M.P Birla Group, Peerless Hospital, Calcutta Medical Research Institute (CMRI), Bengal Ambuja, Haldia Petrochemicals, Punj Lloyd Limited, General Electric, and many other builders as his clients.
